Submission of Personnel Actions

When submitting ANY Award Application, or Personnel Action such as Demotions, Promotions, other than Duty Performance Promotions, to Washington Wing they MUST be submitted using either the on-line fillable Word® or on-line fillable PDF forms available from the National Headquarters web site.

NHQ Forms

These forms must be approved (“signed”) by the unit commander using a form of  “e-signature” such as

 [//signed// John W. Doe, Major]

and sent by e-mail to  Wing Headquarters by

the Unit Commander from his/her e-mail account.

This is how the commander’s signature is validated.

Any additional documentation for these actions may also be submitted electronically in a suitable format

(such as .doc/.docx, .pdf, etc.)
