Oregon Wing hosts field training exercise for anyone interested in getting involved in ground team operations!
This activity is an operational training mission with an approved mission number in WMIRS and will be credited as mission participation for specialty qualification.
The cost is $20 + $1.99 for trainees and $10 + $1.49 for staff.
Sign-up will require a CAPF 31 with **Wing Commander approval.**
Cadets shall submit completed CAPF 31s through their unit Chain of Command for Wing Commander approval.
Officers will follow their unit Chain of Command (SQ CC to Group CC to Wing CC).
Members are advised to submit CAPF 31s signed first before paying.
Additional information (including packing list) will be sent out when paperwork is received.
The deadline to apply will be 1 March but may be extended if necessary.
All participants will have to have GTM-3(T) on their 101 card.
There is a $500 budget for fuel so those who want to be reimbursed will need to talk to Maj Paquin first so that he can plan accordingly. sargrunt@msn.com

Washington Wing members are invited, and all members are highly encouraged to attend. Training will be conducted at all levels from Ground Team Member – 3 to Ground Branch Director.
An aircrew survival course may be available if there is enough interest.
