Version 3.0 - We are SO sorry!
After giving Dropbox a try, we have determined it too inefficient to address everybody's needs. File management on the backend has become a completely manual process, and we have found that the department became bogged down in the process of prepping your documents for review instead. Additionally, the status dashboard became unmanageable while using a separate system.
We are SO sorry for these unintended consequences, and we want to make it right!
Before switching to Dropbox, we heard a lot of feedback on how we could simplify the Google system to make it better. We have now made these changes for you, and hope you agree that this is a step in the right direction!
We have also organized a bit more "help" info for you to take some of the guesswork out of things.
The links on the left of the screen contain everything you need to submit an activity for approval.
Please note: After the completion of the activity, each Project Officer is REQUIRED to submit an After Action Report, as well as send in all Sign-In/Out forms.
What's next?
A draft of an "Activity Planning Memo" is currently under review. Once approved, this will replace Pamphlet 1, and will serve as a guide for you when submitting activities.
We will be reviewing AAR template options so we can create a form that gives us what we need and makes the process easier for you.

How this works:
Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email for your records (with detailed information related to your request). Keep this email!
You will also see a confirmation screen to confirm the entry.
Submitters can visit the Status Dashboard at any time to view the current status of the request.
Upon receipt by the Plans and Programs Officer, each activity will be reviewed by appropriate Wing Directorates, including Safety and Legal (for every activity), and other departments, as necessary.
