Thursday, 13 April is "Civil Air Patrol Day," our annual Legislative Day!
As a congressionally chartered, federally supported non-profit corporation, Civil Air Patrol leaders assemble in Washington, D.C. each year to deliver our "Report to Congress."
Washington Wing Civil Air Patrol members (*and friends) are invited to be a part of our annual "Civil Air Patrol Day" in Olympia!
Uniform options:
Service Dress Uniform (Class A)
Service Dress Uniform (Class B)
Corporate Service Dress
Aviator Shirt Uniform
CAP Corporate Working Uniform (Polo)
Capitol photographers will be photographing this event. Please...
Refer to CAPM 39-1 to verify accurate wear of your chosen uniform.
If you wear the Corporate Polo, see language: "A white undershirt may be worn if not visible when the collar is worn open."
Remove items from uniform pockets. Remove outerwear when indoors.
If you do not have one of these uniforms, please wear appropriate "professional" civilian clothing.
Be mindful of customs and courtesies at this momentous event, and if you have questions, please ask a peer to help you!
*Non-members may attend the reading at 8:00 a.m. and observe with CAP members from the gallery!
