Cadet Officers Retreat

Puyallup, Wash. -- Cadet Officers gathered August 25 to 27 for a retreat full of networking, obstacle courses, and discussion with fellow peers and senior members from around the state on how to improve Civil Air Patrol's Washington Wing.
